Challenge

Marketing was bringing people to the website, but the wider system required to turn that attention into consistent purchases was not yet in place.

The firm relied mainly on paid advertising. Prospective traders had limited support from organic search, social content, email follow-up and remarketing as they moved from first discovery to checkout. The paid campaigns also needed tighter targeting, clearer messaging and more structured creative testing.

With purchase and advertising-platform tracking newly active, the next challenge was to connect acquisition, follow-up and measurement into one system the business could optimise and scale.

Goal

The goal was to build a clearer path from first discovery to online purchase.

Instead of treating paid advertising as the entire growth strategy, the project needed to connect acquisition with the website, organic visibility, follow-up and reliable purchase tracking.

This would give the business a stronger foundation for attracting prospective traders, helping interested visitors return and making growth decisions using purchases and revenue—not traffic alone.

What We Did

We brought acquisition, conversion and measurement together around the purchase journey.

Paid advertising

Built and managed Meta campaigns for new audiences, engaged visitors and retargeting. Built Google Search campaigns around brand, competitor and high-intent prop-firm searches.

Website and conversion

Reworked the website structure, messaging and offer journey so prospective traders could understand the products and move more clearly towards checkout.

SEO

Researched search demand, mapped keyword opportunities and developed search-led content to increase the firm’s organic visibility.

Email marketing

Created promotional campaigns and automated sequences for new subscribers, page visitors, abandoned checkouts and existing customers.

Social media

Planned, created and published educational, product and promotional content across the firm’s social channels.

Tracking and optimisation

Connected WooCommerce purchases with analytics and advertising platforms, built performance reporting and used purchase and revenue data to guide ongoing campaign and website improvements.

Result

The firm gained 225 first-time buyers while advertising returned $3.40 in tracked revenue for every $1 spent.

The website recorded 366 completed online purchases and $13,788 in tracked purchase revenue. Those purchases came from 230 customers, including 225 first-time buyers.

Paid advertising achieved a 3.4× tracked return on ad spend. This meant the campaigns were generating measurable purchase revenue—not only website traffic, clicks or leads.

The SEO work created another route for prospective customers to discover the business. The website appeared 456,000 times in Google search results and received 5,310 organic clicks, extending its visibility beyond paid advertising.

The value of the engagement was not one isolated campaign. Luralie rebuilt the website journey, managed paid advertising, email, social media and SEO, connected purchase tracking and used the resulting data to improve how the business attracted and converted customers.
